Out of Bounds Pluto in Aquarius - More Info...

The first round of 10 (!) OOB / out of bounds PLUTO in fixed airy Aquarius at its most South extreme position below the Equator has completed (SEPT 9 - NOV 9, 2025) within the REFORM phase timing - I've learned a bit MORE about where we're at with it, as follows (and added my own research on where CANADA was at during the inception of this current OOB Pluto Cycle):

• The Current OOB Pluto cycle we're in began 1860 - this was the beginning of the VISION phase of Pluto's OOB cycle (as he moved North from below the equator) that went from 1860 - 1865 where there was the US Civil War, Taiping Rebellion in China, Germany was unified in 1870, Canada became a Country/ Dominion by 1867, Italy was founded and the UK took over India. Industrial Revolution was at its height, the Merchant class rose taking more power and money from the Governments of the day. At this time is when a NEW form of government was created to ensure early corporations / Robber Barons could gain more from a ruling scenario that benefited them by being able to "buy" Politicians that were elected For the People, By the People. Here's when the current Parliamentary style of governance emerged.

• The Idea for the creation of Canada began in 1839: with discussions, debates that ensued between British Columbia, Upper Canada/Lower Canada (ONT / QUE), NS and NB, until 1864 when the real work hammering out what needed doing ensued at Conferences in Charlottetown, then Quebec City, then finally London, England with Queen Victoria's okay by MAR 29, 1867. We became a Country by JULY 1, 1867. All due to Fear of the US, post-Civil War, wanting to annex the British North America colonies aggressively using their American North troops, end trading that had already been happening between our Colonies and the Americans, and their anger at Britain for supporting the South American troops during their Civil War. What I find fascinating here: Canada's chart has both Venus and the Moon in GEMINI in the 3rd House of Gemini - all about Communication, gathering info / data / knowledge that leads to a lot of Discussions before we arrive at a final decision. Despite opposition from some of the British America Colony Politicians (Gemini can be of "2 minds") consensus came up with a majority vote to get Britain's okay for us to strengthen in unity (which the British Parliament was relieved to hear, due to ongoing economic and military expense burdens they no longer wanted to support). It was all done through TALKING WITH ONE ANOTHER vs going to war.

• The POWER Phase of Pluto OOB extreme North of the equator was 1938 - 1949 - in fixed fiery LEO - WWII with Hitler wanting to have power over the whole world. His own Empire, while culling out those humans he deemed "unclean" or not part of his Vision of what humanity should look and act and be like. Canada assisted as an Ally at this time and signed up right away when Britain needed us. Thank goodness!

• The JUSTICE Phase of Pluto OOB moving from North down over the equator was 1986 - 1989 - in the US / UK these were the Reagan- Thatcher years; in Canada Brian Mulroney was PM from 1984 - 1993 as leader of Progressive Conservative Party, having pushed out PE Trudeau's second PM term from 1980-1984. PM Mulroney implemented the Canada - US Free Trade Agreement, plus we had Expo '86 and the '88 Olympics, and sadly the Ecole Polytechnique massacre. This Justice Phase can bring in changes in laws / agreements with long-reaching ramifications later on.

• The REFORM Phase of PLUTO OOB is when he's at the extreme South of the Equator from 2025 - 2035 - where we are now, in fixed airy Aquarius. Rebellion, Revolution, Transformation can occur as We the People embrace and/or discard the VISIONS brought forward in the 1860s. We all know what's going on with current Government over-reach through Corporations getting in the way of effectively assisting We the People who voted them in. What's VERY INTERESTING to note: This REFORM phase is the LAST one we'll go through for 1,000s and 1,000s of years! After 16 cycles of OOB PLUTO over the last almost 4,000 years - we're about to END all of this warring / battling for land / stuff from one another - Power and Control through Greed - towards Empowerment via Community and Humanity - over the next decade. We've just completed the first round of the End of the Corporation Empire between SEPT 9th and NOV 9th, 2025. Nine more rounds to go - I wonder HOW this will all unfold, don't you? Time to sit back, pop the popcorn and watch it all come about - with key Timings of involvement as your own Authentic Self / Soul deems necessary!

It's been a year already - NOV 20, 2024 - NOV 20, 2025 - since Pluto entered Aquarius for the first time in 248 years. We're about to UNDO what was new / envisioned / beginning back in 1777, onward. What was being Birthed then has been slowly dying since the 1860's. It's interesting to see the historical timings and significance through Astrological planetary cycles.

WHERE'S Pluto currently sitting at 01 degrees of Aquarius in Your Birth Chart? This is where he'll be moving through the full 30 degrees of Aquarius for the next 20 years, Transforming whatever you have personally suppressed/repressed in your Psyche that prevents you from standing up more truly, uniquely and authentically, as you also remember from your long-term memories Who I Truly Am and have been all along. It's amazing to me that "we all signed up to BE here Now" as my Astrology Teacher Sarie Hobbs used to tell us during her Astrology classes I attended 25 years ago. Amazing Times we live in - and do we have the Courage to Stand in our respective Personal Power to decide who / what we're meant to support, moving forward? This Underworld Timing will be interesting, and the early Eclipses in 2026 (FEB 17 / MAR 3) in Pisces / Virgo bring accelerated change with Unexpected Events our way!
